
Harvey started his career as a comedian. Harvey began his career as a comedian in the 80s. He was host of Showtime at the Apollo, as well as The Steve Harvey Show at The WB. He later appeared in The Original Kings of Comedy after appearing in his own Kings of Comedy Tour. Harvey last appeared on stand-up comedy in 2012 Harvey hosts the two shows Family Feud and Celebrity Family Feud, holding this role from 2010. He also hosted Little Big Shots, Little Big Shots Forever Young, as well as Steve Harvey's Funderdome. Harvey is an author and has released four books which include the best-selling Act Like a Lady Think Like a Man. Steve Harvey Global is an entertainment and media company which hosts East 112 in addition to other ventures. Harvey launched Family Feud in Africa and made a bet with Anthem Sports and Entertainment in the HDNet purchase. His wife Marjorie have been the creators of the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused in the field of education for children. He is a seven-time Daytime Emmy Award winner, two-time Marconi Award winner, and 14 times NAACP Image Award winner in various categories.
